Patricia A Perry

Patricia Ann Perry, 72, of Speaker Township, died Sunday, January 5, 2020 after a long illness with ALS.

She was born February 10, 1947 in Port Huron to the late Chester and Betty Jean Lewandowski. She married Donald Perry in 1968 in Yale. He preceded her in death in 1975.

Patricia is survived by three children, Michele Meddaugh, Laurie (James) Lappin, and Don Perry; six grandchildren, Jennifer (Lorretta) Gillum, Ryan Meddaugh, Caitlin Lappin, Brianna Lappin, Samantha Lappin, and Dylan Perry; two great grandchildren, Brooklyn Winchester and Grayson Shaieb; siblings Wayne Lewandowski, William Lewandowski, Pamela (Jessie) Mohni, and Kenneth (Anna) Lewandowski; and many nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place. Services will be held at a later date.
