Sharon L Ruff
Sharon Lee Ruff, 67, of Fort Gratiot, died Monday, January 20, 2020.
She was born May 19, 1952 in St. Clair to the late Edward and Marjorie Foley. She married Terry Ruff on August 6, 1971 in St. Clair.
Mrs. Ruff worked for U.S. Customs and Border Protection for 33 years, retiring in 2009. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, traveling and wintering in Florida and loved animals. She was a member of Our Saviour Lutheran Church and the craft group.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Terry; two children, Angela (Richard) Sherman and Timothy (Andie) Ruff; six grandchildren, Ayden and Austin Minano, Brett and Brock Sherman and Anderson and Matilda Ruff; two sisters, Mary Kay (James) Radatz and Patricia Boucher; a brother, Thomas (Karen) Foley; a sister-in-law, June Dean; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, January 24, 2020 in Our Saviour Lutheran Church. The Reverend Donald Doerzbacher will officiate.
Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Fort Gratiot. Pallbearers will be John Roach, Jon Dean, Matt Morris, Dan Foley, Joe Randolph and Jimmy Radatz.
