Mary B Krause

Mary B. Krause, age 79, died on August 24, 2020 in her own home.

Mary was born on August 29, 1940 to Ambrose A. and Noreen R. Laframboise in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. She attended schools in Canada and Michigan and graduated from St. Steven’s High School in June of 1957, where she was the Homecoming Queen and Vice-President of her class.

She was employed for over 40 years with the State of Michigan Family Independence Agency as a Protective Service Typist.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Mary is survived by one son, Michael Krause; one daughter, Kathleen (Raymond) LaBelle; two grandsons, Nathan and David (Lindsay) LaBelle; five great grandchildren, Ellie, Emery, Evelyn, Abigail, and Noah LaBelle; two brothers, James (Mary) Laframboise and Robert (Carol) Laframboise; and three sisters, Jane (Richard) Ward, Susan (John) Leahy and Pat Smith.

Cremation arrangements are by Pollock-Randall Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery.

Graveside services will be held at 2:30 pm on Monday, August 31, 2020 in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Deacon Dennis Crimmins will officiate.

Contributions in Mary’s name may be made to the Council on Aging in Port Huron.
