Martha J Rosbury

Martha June Winkler Rosbury, 89, of Port Huron, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Christmas Eve, Thursday, December 24, 2020.

She was born May 15, 1931 in Fargo, Michigan to the late Eson and Margaret Belles. She married Louis Winkler in February 1950 in Angola, Indiana. He died in January 1991. She married Vere Rosbury in May 2001. He died in October 2011.

Mrs. Rosbury was an ordained priest and involved member of Wadham’s Grove Community of Christ Church. She enjoyed ministering to people in nursing homes and was active with the Young Peacemakers at the church.

She is survived by five children, Linda L. Smith, Sue Ann (Richard) Fetting, Mitchell E. Winkler, Brenda (Tom) Mack and Carol (John) Wray; three stepchildren, Carol (Dave) Rodwell, Keith (Lorraine) Rosbury and Blake (Lori) Rosbury; 12 grandchildren; several step grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and two sisters, Mary Ferguson (Dave) Schwind and Marsha Dugas. She was preceded in death by three grandchildren, Fawn Smith, Ryan Winkler and Dennis Foss.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 24, 2021 in Wadhams Grove Community of Christ Church.
