Lillian M "Lilly" Schroepfer

Lillian Marie Catherine Schroepfer, 94, of Fort Gratiot, formerly of Marysville, died Wednesday, January 20, 2021.

She was born October 1, 1926 in Detroit to the late Frank and Lillian Runda.

Lillian worked as a baker with Sanders and Morley Candy Makers and also in a doctor’s office. She loved her time living at Vicksburg Hall in Marysville.

She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Ann Froehlich-O’Neal; three grandchildren, Richard Michael Ashman, Elicia Nicole Hand, and Jeremy Lee Hand; two great grandchildren; and many dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her soulmate, Robert E. Yarger; and her half-sister, Antoinette Robinson.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 in Riverlawn Cemetery, Marysville. The Reverend Jeff Cooper will officiate.
