Obituary

Pamela May Brown, 74, of Columbus, Michigan went home to be with the Lord Friday, January 22, 2021.

She was born June 17, 1946 in Detroit to the late George and Virginia Jacota. She married Roger Brown on August 27, 1988.

Pamela worked for St. John’s Ascension Health for 40 years until her retirement. She was a long-time member of Bethesda Church and for the last five years attended The River Church. She and her husband Roger were world travelers (have bag will travel), enjoying trips to Europe, including Germany, Belgium, France, England and Scotland, and Israel where she loved visiting the waterfalls and mountains.

She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Roger “The Pepsi Man” Browny Jr.; sister, Kathy (Gary) Wargnier; niece, Jennifer; nephews, Bradley (Amy) and Timothy (Catherine); grandniece and “Baby Doll”, Mackenna; and beloved dog, Reuben. She was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Jacota; and furbaby, Judah Boy.

Visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-8 on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home. A limited number of people will be allowed in at a time. Please wear a mask for the comfort and safety of others.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 28, 2021 in The River Church, 3675 North River Road, with visitation beginning at 10:00 am. Pastor William Forbes will officiate.

Burial will be in Kittridge Cemetery, Columbus. Memorials may be made to Christians United for Israel or Glory of Zion.
