Bethany Eve Radtke, 90, of Fort Gratiot, died Wednesday, February 24, 2021.
She was born April 2, 1930 in South Haven, Michigan to the late Oskar and Hilda Radtke.
Ms. Radtke was a Marine City public school teacher from 1952 to 1986. She was a member of the Michigan Education Association, the National Education Association, the Michigan Association of Retired School Personnel and St. Paul Lutheran Church. She loved to travel, enjoyed photography, quilting, puzzles and reading.
She is survived by a sister, Hazel Radtke; sister-in-law, Norma Radtke; special friends Margaret Stone, Jean Bastian, John and Julie Lusk; many nieces and nephews; and her beloved cats. She was preceded in death by her brother, Randy Radtke.
Memorial visitation will be 1-3 p.m. Saturday, March 6, 2021 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home followed by a private service at 3 p.m. The Rev. Bonnie Klos will officiate. The livestream of the service may be viewed on Bethany’s obituary page of the funeral home website.
