Nancy A Tuttle

March 11th, 1942 to March 15th, 2021

Nancy Tuttle, of Dryden, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on March 15, 2021.

She was born on March 11, 1942 to Noel and Evelyn (Blonde) Koyl. She married the love of her life, Earle Tuttle, on November 14, 1978. He preceded her in death on January 1, 2019.

Nancy co-owned and operated several area businesses, Lapeer Lanes from the time it opened in 1972 until it was sold in 1986; Koyl Company Screw Machine; and The Maids of Rochester. Nancy was a gifted decorator and loved making her house a home. Nancy never met a stranger. She enjoyed going out to lunch with her friends, loved reading, and watching movies. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family, they meant the world to her.

Nancy leaves behind her children, Kim (Keith) Klobucar of Dryden, Mark (Kim) Hart of Marlette, Carlene Nuss of Fenton and Steve (Michelle) Tuttle of Lake Orion; 11 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; sisters, Pat (Howard) Burger of North Branch, Kathyrn (Ward) Jessop of Jonesboro, Georgia, Amy (Jodi) Plank of Imlay City and Carolyn McRoberts of Spring Lake; brothers, Howard (Sharon) Koyl of Apopka Florida and Nelson (Cyndi) Koyl of San Diego, California; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Earle; mother-in- law, Florence Tuttle; and son-in-law, Ray Evans.

Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service at Lapeer Community Church was officiated by Pastor Rik Schwarb.

Memorials may be made to Nancy’s favorite charities, St. Jude’s Children Hospital or Carriage Town Ministries.
