She was born April 15, 1963 in Marion, Indiana.
She is survived by her daughter, Christina Terry; sister, Angela (Doug) Roche; father, Danny (Betty) Hizer; niece, Allison (Ryan) Schultz; and nephew, Doug Roche III. She was preceded in death by her mother, Shirley Hochberg.
Private family services will be held.
