Sharon A Haynes

Sharon Ann Haynes, 78, of Fort Gratiot, died Saturday, April 24, 2021.

She was born November 16, 1942 in Yale to the late William and Betsy Main. She married Chester Michael Haynes on October 26, 1963 in Port Huron. He died January 15, 2012.

Sharon was a hostess at Howard Johnsons Restaurants and later was a line supervisor at Aunt Janes Pickle Factory. She loved to crochet, especially with her Monday knitting group. She enjoyed solving word search puzzles, watching the Hallmark channel and looking out her kitchen window at the birds.

She is survived by three children, Michael Haynes, Michealle (Kurt) Saberg and Donald Haynes; two grandchildren, Jessica and Jacklyn Haynes; siblings, Shirley (Harry) Wilton, Betty (Jim) Andrick and Bill (Ruth) Main Jr.; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 12 noon to 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home followed by a procession to Sunset Memorial Gardens for a graveside service at 1:30 p.m. The Reverend Randy Bennett will officiate.
