Eldora Georgiana Auch

Eldora Georgianna Auch, 97, of Marysville formerly of Memphis, died Friday, October 7, 2011.
She was born July 4, 1914 in Columbus Township the only child of the late Joseph and Sarah Moore.
Eldora graduated as valedictorian of the Memphis High School Class of 1932. She and Chester Auch were joined in marriage March 27, 1937.
Eldora lived a full and eventful life experiencing the many changes of the 20th century. She enjoyed being a wife, mom and grandmother. Involvement in the community led to her appointment as the first librarian of the Memphis Public Library. She also owned and operated Chet’s Shell Service in Memphis with her late husband.
She is survived by three children, Bonnie and Lou Mayfield, Nancy and Julian Torello and Dale Auch all of Marysville; nine grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Chet in 1999 and her son, Don in 1978
A celebration of her life will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, October 16, 2011 at Fore Lakes Golf Club. The family will receive friends and family from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. and a luncheon will follow the service.
