H. Darwin Reeves Jr.

H. Darwin Reeves, Jr., 74, of Port Huron, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 12, 2021.

He was born February 27, 1947 in Asheville, North Carolina, to the late Harold and Ruth Reeves. He married Janice Marvin on June 21, 1968 in St. Clair.

Mr. Reeves was the pastor of Fellowship Bible Church where he enjoyed studying and teaching the Bible. He was a floor covering salesman for many years in the Port Huron area and the published author of two books. Darwin was an avid Tigers fan and loved teaching his grandsons the love of the game.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Janice; three children, Darwin W. Reeves, Dawn (Richard) Urian and Amanda (Justin) Hines; 11 grandchildren, Bryce, Caleb and Blake Reeves, Will, Max and Jack Urian, Isaac, Jacob, Luke and Cain Raab and Bailey Hines; two brothers, Virgil (Lois) Reeves and Dan (Karen) Reeves; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, August 8, 2021 in Grace Bible Church, 1600 Vine St., St. Clair. The Reverend David Andersen will officiate.

Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery.
