Cynthia A Vetter
Cynthia Ann Vetter, 53, of St. Clair, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 18, 2021.
She was born August 23, 1967 to Stephan and Sandra (Wood) Vetter in Royal Oak.
Cindy was a graduate of St. Clair High School and attended Macomb College. She was employed for over 20 years with Hewitt Packard Corporation as an IT Computer Supervisor.
Cindy devoted her life to taking care of and raising her beloved son, Christopher. She was a devout believer in Jesus Christ and led many to their salvation and hope in Christ Jesus. She ran the race and was victorious in fulfilling her part of the gospel as a giver of love and a helper of mankind. Even in death, her wish was to donate her organs to others in need so they could live a better life. Her remains were given to the Gift of Life Foundation in Ann Arbor where numerous parts of her body were given to persons on long waiting lists. Cindy had many friends and a close, loving family.
She is survived by her son, Christopher of St. Clair; parents, Stephan and Sandra of St. Clair; a brother, Stephan M. (Dionne) Vetter of South Beloit, Illinois; uncles, Glen Wood of Port Huron and Fred Durfee of Kennewick, Washington; aunts, Sandra Parker of Lynnwood, Washington and Diana Wood of Holiday, Florida.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Peter Vetter on April 14, 2021; her grandparents, Peter and Mary Wood of St. Clair and William and Eleanor Vetter of Kennewick, Washington; uncles, Henry Wood of Port Huron and John Parker of Kennewick; and aunts, Linda Durfee of Kennewick and Cathy Wood of Port Huron.
Cremation has taken place and a private family service was held. The family requests no flowers, but a memorial gift in her name may be sent to Congregation Shema Yisreal, 3600 Telegraph Road, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48302.
