Sheryl L LaShean

Sheryl Lynn LaShean, 62, of Port Huron, passed away quietly at home on Tuesday, September 28, 2021.

She was born May 14, 1959 in Sandusky, Michigan to Nila (Drechsler) and the late David Hastings.

Sheryl was a 1977 graduate of Port Huron Northern High School and went on to study Psychology at St. Clair County Community College, earning her Associates Degree. She later studied at William Beaumont Hospital School of Radiologic and Medical Technology where she earned her Bachelor of Applied Science Degree. She also studied naturopathic medicine and had her license to practice massage therapy for 26 years. She was the very proud owner of Absolute Healing, which she opened in 1999. Her passion was helping people and she did so with a genuine heart and love that knew no bounds. To know her was to love her and that was evident by the number of loving and faithful friends she had. Her family and friends were her everything.

She is survived by her daughter, Nila Dawn LaShean and son, Shayne Jaguar Ralph LaShean. Her love for her children was immeasurable, the sun rose and set on them. She is also survived by her mother, Nila (Tim) Drechsler; sister, Tammy (Scott) Dalenberg; nephews, Chandler (Brooke) Dalenberg and Schuyler Dalenberg; great nephew, Jamie Dalenberg; goddaughter, Alana Kerrigan; and many wonderful aunts, uncles and cousins.

Private family services have been held.
