Joy C Muter

Joy Carolyn Muter, 79, of Port Huron died Friday, October 1, 2021.

She was born November 11, 1941 in Port Huron, to the late Elmer and Mildred Muter.

Joy was a very special person. She loved her family, friends and caregivers and was happy when they came to visit. She loved to sing hymns and knew every word by heart. She enjoyed travelling with her caregiver. They went to Frankenmuth every year. She liked dancing and watching movies with her friends.

She is survived by her brother-in-law, Floyd Kleeves; four nieces, Linda (Ron) Kincaid, Chris Boddy, Stephanie Michalski and Rose Oliver; and three nephews, Michael (Connie) Kleeves, Stephen Kleeves and Thomas Kleeves. She was preceded in death by brothers, Charles, Elmer Jr., David and Paul Muter; and sisters, Lucille, Cecilia, Dorothy and Mary.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, October 6, 2021 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 9:30 a.m. Deacon Dennis Crimmins will officiate.

Burial will be in Port Austin Township Cemetery.
