Pamela Sue Thieke, 74, of Fort Gratiot, died Thursday, November 4, 2021.
She was born January 1, 1947 in Port Huron to the late Burke and F. Eileen Nichols. She married Carl Thieke on August 6, 1966 in Port Huron. He preceded her in death on November 15, 2003 after 37 years of marriage.
Pamela was employed as a Pharmacy Technician with K-Mart for 20 years prior to her retirement. She was a member of the Blue Water Aerie #3702 Fraternal Order of Eagles and St. John’s United Church of Christ. She enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren.
She is survived by her son, Paul (Sussana) Thieke; daughters, Laura Shier (Jeff Stemburg) and Katherine “Katie” Aldea; grandchildren, Cody (Elizabeth) Thieke, Ashley (C.J) Tesluck, Brittnay, Kyle and Cameron Thieke, Alex and Adam Shier, Bailey and Jack Aldea, and Paulina Thieke; great granddaughter, Serenity Walker; brothers, James (Jamie), Robert (Laura) and Ronald Nichols; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 2-5 p.m. on Friday, November 12, 2021 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with a funeral service at 5:00 p.m. Dr. Richard E. Hotchkin will officiate. Dinner will follow at the Eagles, 2645 Howard St., Port Huron.
Private family burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens at a later time.
