Revilla J "Billie" Barnhardt

Revilla Jean “Billie” Barnhardt, 82, of Kimball Township, died Wednesday, November 10, 2021.

She was born April 12, 1939 in Aurora, Missouri to the late Clifford and Leta (Bell) Haacker. She married William Barnhardt on May 25, 1963 in Flint. He died September 13, 2013.

Mrs. Barnhardt was an assistant vice president at Citizen’s First Bank prior to her retirement. She enjoyed reading and gardening. She was also involved with Youth for Understanding student exchange as an area representative for many years.

She is survived by two daughters, Stacey (Scott) Boyle and Kimberly (Scott) Kendall; foreign exchange students and their families, Stig Fisker, Tina Forrester, Stefan Seidl, Tomi Mannikko, Marianne Irion and Mika Mahtava; grandchildren, Madeleine Boyle, Jack Boyle, Hailey Kendall and Owen Kendall; a sister, Charlotte Gillen and several nieces and nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Brad Barnhardt; and two brothers, James and John Haacker.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 4, 2021 in Holy Redeemer Lutheran Church with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Reverend Aaron Duve will officiate.

Burial will be in Caswell Cemetery, Kimball Township.
