Doris I LaVere

Doris Irene LaVere, 91, of Kimball, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 29, 2021.

She was born June 9, 1930 in Kimball to the late Robert and Violet Wesch. She married Charles M. LaVere on October 29, 1955 in Kimball.

Doris enjoyed sitting on her porch and solving crossword puzzles. She loved her cats, going for walks, garage sales and Christmas.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Charles; children, Gary (Karen) Wesch, Phyllis (Jed) Blount, Bonnie LaVere, Lorrie (Kenny) Baird and Lisa Brusch; grandchildren, David (Cara) Wesch, Michael (Kay) Wesch, Stephanie (Anthony) Urmy, Jennifer Wesch, Katy (Jay) Saph, Kristin Blount (Richie Kingsley), Beth (Jeff) McLeod, Tara Blount, Scott Brusch, Alexis Brusch-Swartz, Marty Baird and Joan Baird; great grandchildren, Whittaker Wesch, Marissa (Matt) Scheffler, Jacob (Emalee) Williams, Landon Wesch, Anthony Urmy, Benjamin Urmy, Isaiah Wesch, Sophia Urmy, Grayson Urmy, Colin Perzanowski, Caiden Perzanowski, Demarco, Jacob, Conrad, Hallie, Lydia, Charlie and Maisie Saph, Emma Hauch, Alex, Luke and Halen Swartz, Harmoni and Judah Tate; great-great grandchildren, Brinley and Maddox Scheffler and Caleb McLeod; brother, Elwin; and sister-in-law, Rosie. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Andy Blount; great grandson, John “Yummy” Tate; great granddaughter, Camryn Wesch.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 3, 2021 in the Marysville RLDS Church with visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m. Her son, Elder Gary Wesch will officiate.

Pallbearers will be David Wesch, Michael Wesch, Jay Saph, Jeff McLeod, Landon Wesch and Richie Kingsley. Honorary pallbearers will be Demarco Saph, Kenny Baird and Isaiah Wesch.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Marysville RLDS Church.
