Judith A "Judy" Brown

Judith Ann “Judy” Brown, 82, of Port Huron Township, died Thursday, December 30, 2021.

She was born June 21, 1939 in Port Huron to the late Francis and Ruth LaTurno. She married Norman “Chip” Brown on August 10, 1957 in Port Huron. He preceded her in death on April 25, 1998.

Judy loved her family including many extended family and friends. She enjoyed gardening, watching the birds, knitting and crocheting.

She is survived by four children, Vicky (Joseph) Hebert, Thomas E. Brown, Lori (George) Crackel and James A. (Helen) Brown; three grandchildren, Derick Brown, Christopher Crackel and Benjamin (Dani) Crackel; step grandchildren, Christie Handlon, Holly Handlon, Ricardo Hernandez Jr., Steven Hernandez, Joseph Hebert, Jeffrey Hebert and Jeremy (Melissa) Hebert; four great grandchildren, Hunter and Alyssa Brown, Christopher and Elijah Crackel; “adopted sons and daughters,” Ron Corby, Bill and Karen DeLand and Valerie Alderson; two sisters-in-law, Barbara LaTurno and Karen Brown; brother-in-law, Kenneth (Christine) Brown; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Gary LaTurno; and sister-in-law, Carole S. Davidson.

Private services will be held at Caswell Cemetery. Reverend Tim McCulloch will officiate.
