Dawn M Kenney

Dawn Marie Kenney, 61, of Port Huron, died Friday, December 31, 2021.

She was born November 3, 1960 in Mount Clemens and is survived by her loving parents, Richard and Judy Meinhardt.

Dawn was an amazing daughter, wife, mother and grandmother. She had the biggest heart and cared about so many people. Dawn was a mother to so many. She was a great listener and the kindest woman you could ever meet. She loved camping with her family and country music. She was very involved in her children’s and grandchildren’s lives. She was an awesome cook, and always helped anyone she could. She is loved by so many and will be forever missed. It’s so hard to let you go. We love you and miss you so very much.

She is survived by her one and only true love, Michael John Kenney Sr.; three sons, Michael (Jody) Kenney Jr., Richard Kenney (Jennifer Torres) and Jon Maul; grandchildren, Jayden, Richard, Mahala, Isabella and Jaxsen; siblings, Paul (Kim) Genaw and Stephen Meinhardt; sisters-in-law, Carol Edgeworth and Stephine Cooper; brother-in-law, Chuck Kenney; many nieces and nephews; and so many friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Oreilus and Mable Rivard; sister-in-law, Barbara Phillips; brother-in-law, Richard Kenney; and dear friend, Lisa Allison.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
