Violetta S Dortman

Violetta Susan Dortman, 63, of Port Huron, died Saturday, January 8, 2022.

She was born July 19, 1958 in Port Huron to the late Wayne and Marie “Bessie” Sawdon.

Violetta enjoyed gardening and her loving canine, “Little Dude”. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her lifetime companion, Les Nutt; children, Mellisa (Henry) Brown, Steven Dortman, Billiejoe Dortman (James Jemison) and Angel Nutt (Logan Richmond); 13 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and siblings, John Sawdon, Joe Sawdon, Jim (Connie) Sawdon and Mark Sawdon. She was preceded in death by her baby brother, Billie Sawdon; and brother, Kevin Sawdon.

A memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m. on Friday, January 14, 2022 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m. Henry Brown and Scott McReady will officiate.
