James Louis Hixson, 67, of Port Huron, died Monday, March 21, 2022.
He was born May 2, 1954 in Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania to the late Floyd and Rose Hixson.
James was employed in maintenance at the Detroit Edison power plants in St. Clair for many years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and going to Detroit Tigers games.
He is survived by his sister, Sharon (David) Mahalak; niece, Jennifer Mahalak; nephew, Steve Popowiecki; three great nephews, Joshua, Jacob and River; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Private services have been held.
