Elizabeth M "Beth" Fraser

Mrs. Elizabeth “Beth” McGregor Fraser, 78, of Fort Gratiot, passed away at home, Saturday, April 2, 2022.

She was born in Glasgow, Scotland on March 30, 1944. Beth spent her early years in Scotland, eventually marrying Harry and having two daughters, Amanda and Gillian. After moving to Canada for a short time, Beth and Harry settled in Fort Gratiot almost forty years ago.

Beth would be described by almost all who knew her as a force to be reckoned with. She knew her own mind and was never shy about sharing. She was much loved and will be sadly missed.

Beth was preceded by her parents, John and Betty, husband Harry and brother-in-law Matthew Knox. She is survived by her daughters Amanda and Gillian, daughter-in-law JoAnne, and sister Mary Knox as well as many extended family in Canada and Scotland.

A memorial service for Beth and Harry will be held in Scotland where their ashes will be buried.
