Daniel R Carolan

Daniel Robert Carolan, 67, of Kimball Township, died Tuesday, April 26, 2022.

He was born April 17, 1955 in Port Huron to the late Robert & Audrey Carolan. He married Jean Bixler on May 7, 1983 in Marysville.

Daniel graduated from Marysville High School in 1973. He was a tool & die maker employed with Arin Incorporated until his retirement in 2020. He loved sitting by the St. Clair river, watching the water and boats.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Jean; son, Jason Carolan (Lindsay Hayes); sisters, Bobbie (Robert) Yuvan, Julie Christofferson, and Joan (James) Smith; brothers, Paul (Sue) Carolan, Joe (Vicki) Carolan, and Mark Carolan (Jeff Pettit); mother-in-law, Mary Bixler; in-laws, Joseph (Stacey) Bixler, James (Helen) Bixler, and Ann (David) Taylor; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father-in-law, William Bixler; and in-laws, David Cristofferson and Darwin (Laura) Kelch.

Private services will be held.
