Judith Kay Glombowski, 82, of Burtchville Township, passed peacefully Saturday, May 14, 2022.
She was born April 8, 1940 in Port Huron to the late Franklin and Elsie Lambert.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Patrick; three children, Douglas (Martha) Glombowski, Karen Kaercher and Brian (Debbie) Glombowski; five grandchildren, John and Taylor Kaercher, John (Carla) Glombowski, Adam (Alicia) Glombowski and Brianne Glombowski; and five great grandchildren, Bailey, Abby, Bentley, Gracie and Caden Glombowski. Judy worked as a rural mail carrier for the Lexington Post Office since 1976, retiring in June of 2000. Before that she had delivered newspapers and was a school bus driver for a number of years. She enjoyed being part of the Crafty Ladies of Northgate Bible Church, knitting, crocheting and sewing blankets to give to others. She was a quiet and calm person, especially when things were tough. She was a wonderful wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend. Thank you for all the times that you listened and expressed unconditional love through your hard work and actions.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
