Helen F Smith

Helen Florence Smith, 82, of Wales Township, died Sunday, June 19, 2022.

She was born August 19, 1939 in Detroit to the late Alfrado and Helen Vanicelli.

Helen was an administrative assistant with Emhart Inc. for many years prior to her retirement. She enjoyed gardening, collecting statues for the yard, caring for her dogs and raising appaloosa horses.

She is survived by her husband, Henry; two children, Michelle and Kevin Prodin; three grandchildren, Taylor Prodin, Antonio Viviano and Alicia (Jason) Beneteau; eight great grandchildren; two sisters, Alice Patterson and Joann (Robert) Edwards; and several nieces and nephews.

Private family services will be held at the Marysville Funeral Home. Deacon Richard Kleimann will officiate.
