Michael R Sapienza

Michael Robert Sapienza, 63, of Port Huron, died Wednesday, August 17, 2022.

He was born June 22, 1959 in Detroit to Collette and the late Thomas Sapienza. He married Melissa B. Walling on February 14, 1998 in Croswell.

Michael served in the United States Navy for 20 years. He was employed at Mueller Brass for 7 ½ years as a master machine repairman. He loved woodworking, fishing and cooking. He was a hard worker who was very family-oriented.

He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Melissa; son, Sean Sapienza; daughter, Abigail Warsewich; two grandchildren, Landon Warsewich and Isabella Quandt; mother, Collette Sapienza; and three siblings, Suzanne Sapienza, Judy Sapienza and Samuel (Meredith) Sapienza. He was preceded in death by his son, Cody Warsewich; brother, Christopher Sapienza; and father, Thomas Sapienza.

Cremation arrangements are by Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.
