Jimmie Lee McCoy, 44, of Port Huron, died Sunday, August 21, 2022.
He was born March 11, 1978 in Detroit and spent his life residing between Michigan and Florida. As a child, he loved Chinese stars, nunchucks and picking on his sister. He had a particular soft spot for his parents.
Jimmie was employed with Adler Pelzer Group for several years. He was a jack of all trades who enjoyed bikes, motorcycles and working on cars. He was outgoing, soft spoken and was easy to talk to, but could add bass and volume to his tone when needed. Jimmie was a free spirit, never judgmental and loved those close to him with everything he had. His hair, especially his curls, was very important to him.
He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Melanie whom he adored and shared so many irreplaceable memories with; four children, Jayla Galliher, Jimmy McCoy, Jaden McCoy and Paige McCoy; grandchildren, Nariah, Tilynne and Ryder; siblings, Anton McCoy, Katrina McCoy and Dawn Card; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Dickinson; mother, Dollie Williams; and brothers, Jonah and Grant McCoy.
Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 27, 2022 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 2:00 p.m.
