Marilyn E. Totten

Marilyn Elizabeth Totten, 79, of Fort Gratiot, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, January 7, 2012.

She was born October 21, 1932 in Hazel Park to the late John and Ruby Beaudrie. She married John M. Totten on September 7, 1953 in Traverse City.

Mrs. Totten was employed for 27 years as a school cook with the Port Huron Area School District. She loved serving her Lord and was an active member and prayer warrior at Bible Missionary Church. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and was a member of D.A.V. Auxiliary.

She is survived by her husband, John; two daughters, Roseann A. Totten of Port Huron; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Janet Totten, Loretta Hinkley, Marie (Clifford) Tucker, George Totten and Albert Totten. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Helen Sweet, brother, John Beaudrie and brother-in-law, Robert Totten.

Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 11, 2012 in Bible Missionary Church. The Reverend Michael Eaton and Reverend Bob Dyal will officiate.

Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Bible Missionary Church.
