Robert E Dimick

On September 26, 2022 Robert Eugene Dimick, my loving Father, passed away to be with the Lord at the age of 92 and will be missed.

He was born December 7, 1929 to the late Guy and Elizabeth Dimick. He married Nora Anderson on December 2, 1972 in Port Huron. She preceded him in death on December 3, 2020.

He worked for many years as a Carman for the Grand Trunk Western Railroad and also was able to enjoy a lengthy retirement.

Dad loved the Lord and was a faithful member of Colonial Woods Missionary Church for many years. He loved all sports and most of the time you could catch him watching a game in front of the TV; but his favorite thing was playing golf with his son Greg! Dad loved people and was quick with his wit and slow to complain.

He is survived by his son Greg and daughter in law, Stacie Dimick. He was preceded in death by four siblings.

Burial was in Riverlawn Cemetery, Marysville. Military honors were conducted under the auspices of the United States Navy.
