Myrtis Seals

Myrtis Seals, 97, of Atlanta, Georgia, formerly of Port Huron, went home to be with the Lord Monday, October 10, 2022.

She was born April 15, 1925 in Atlanta, Georgia to John and Grace Benton. She married William Seals on May 21, 1949 in Atlanta, Georgia. He preceded her in death on January 4, 2003 after 53 years of marriage.

Myrtis was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

She leaves to mourn her passing two children, Phyllis Seals and Cheryl Vaughn; five grandchildren, Anjuan, Tiffany, Michelle Micah and Rodneshia; and her great grandchildren, Erika, Jessie, Carmelo, Chastity, Que, Scarlet and Jada. Her only son, Rodney (Deborah) Seals, preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at Restoration Christian Community Church with visitation beginning at 10 a.m.

Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Port Huron Township.
