Donald E Beals

Donald Eldon Beals, 78, of Port Huron, died Sunday, January 29, 2023.

He was born March 6, 1944 in St. Clair to the late Orval L. and Dorothy M. Beals. He married Linda M. Becker on November 22, 1964 in the Peck Assembly of God Church.

Donald graduated from Sandusky High School in 1963 and worked for several local factories. He also ran The Fast Food in Imlay City for many years. He was a member of Sturges Memorial Congregational Church, former member of Moose Lodge #158 and enjoyed fishing.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Linda; two children, Connie Gonzales and Michael (Kathey) Beals; four grandchildren, Nichole (Jeff) Alexander, Izell Coomer, Shevanna Coomer and Shemika Spraggins; 13 great grandchildren, Alexis, Kaylee, Carter, Kamden, Royce, Nevaeh, Aiyana, Kamari, Justyce, Asonte, Ky, Jaceon and Cincere; and sister-in-law, Gail Beals. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Scott David Curtis; great granddaughter, Aubrey; son-in-law, Joe Gonzales; sister, Carolyn; and brother, George.

Visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, February 1, 2023 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 2, 2023 in Sturges Memorial Congregational Church. The Reverend Dr. G. Patrick Thompson will officiate.

Burial will be in Christian Memorial Cemetery, Peck.
