Robert Ronald “Bob” Jury, 64, of Kimball Township, died Tuesday, January 31, 2023.
He was born November 25, 1958 in Port Huron. He married Anna DeVeny on March 25, 1989 in Port Huron.
Bob was employed at Acheson Colloids for 33 years until it closed in 2011. He also worked for Anderson Pro Bait for 20 years until his retirement in May 2022. He loved hockey, hunting, fishing and Saturday Night Live Bowling. He was a member of the Blue Water Sportfishing Association.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Anna; three sons, Ryan (Dalia) Jury, Eddie Taylor and Jeremy Taylor; seven grandchildren, Logan, Brooke, Brady, Khloe, Ren, Hunter and Colten; brother, Joel Jury; three step-sisters, Gloria (Glen) Smith, Pam (Fred) Grauert, and Patty Sills; in-laws, Jim (Maggie) DeVeny, Willie (Boo) DeVeny, Sue (Floyd) Hare, Katie DeVeny, Stacey DeVeny and Tim McKenney; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins and special friends. He was preceded in death by his mother and stepfather, Donna and Jerome Bozyk; father, Ron Jury; sister, Debbie McKenney; two brothers, Gerald Jury and Richard Bozyk; grandmother, Bernice Jury; father-in-law and mother-in-law, James (Marion) DeVeny; and brother-in-law, Ken DeVeny.
Visitation will be from 4-9 p.m. Friday, February 3, 2023 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 4, 2023 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home. Elder Eric Elison will officiate.
