Ilene L Mack

Ilene Louise Mack, 67, of Port Huron Township, died Tuesday, February 21, 2023.

She was born December 7, 1955 in Detroit to the late Henry and Gertrude Klimowicz. She married David E. Mack Sr. on June 27, 1996 in St. Clair Shores.

Ilene graduated from Detroit Denby High School and then attended Macomb Community College and Dorsey School of Business. Throughout her career she worked as a secretary and waitress. Ilene’s love of sewing led her to start a business, Ilene’s Ideas and Sewing, which later became Ilene’s Military, selling patches and paraphernalia to servicemen and their families. Her world revolved around her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, David; children, Lisa (Kurt) Esper, David E. Mack Jr. and Jennifer Mack; two grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Cooper Esper; and many other dear family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 25, 2023 in Marysville Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m. Deacon Dennis Crimmins of Holy Trinity Parish will officiate.
