Cassandra L "Sandy" Ortiz

Cassandra Lizbeth “Sandy” Ortiz, 35, of Cincinnati, Ohio, died as the result of an automobile accident on Tuesday, May 2, 2023.

She was born May 13, 1987 in Heidelberg, Germany to Helen and the late Gary Ortiz.

Sandy was a self-employed entertainer and enjoyed making jewelry. She was interested in helping those in need and connecting them with local resources.

She is survived by her mother, Helen Ortiz; fiancé, Elliott Steidel; aunts, Kathy (Joe) Bernard, Sandra Prettyman and Anne Roggensee; uncles, Paul (Debbie) Jezierski and Stan (Cathy) Jezierski; and several cousins.

Visitation will be held from 3-6 p.m. on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 in the Marysville Funeral Home.
