Janet Sue Jones, 88, of Marysville, died Monday, May 8, 2023.
She was born January 12, 1935 in Port Huron to the late Alfred and Eileen Fuller. She married Harry A. Jones on October 3, 1953 in Port Huron. He died April 26, 1992.
Janet was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed gardening, tending her flowers, reading and traveling across the country with her seven children. She loved to attend her families’ sporting events, host big family gatherings, telling stories from the past and spending summers by the pool with her grandchildren.
She is survived by five children, Karri (Brian) Dimick, Timothy (Elizabeth) Jones, Wendi (Dave) Hickman, Kristi (Cory) Allers and Kip (Kallen) Jones; son-in-law, Ken Madis; 19 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; two siblings, Anne Reichle and William (Nikki) Fuller; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Kim Madis and Michelle Jones; and her sister, Patti Cramer.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 15, 2023 in the Marysville Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. Dr. Joseph Baunoch will officiate.
Burial will be in Riverlawn Cemetery, Marysville.
