Joshua J "Josh" Smith

Joshua James “Josh” Smith, 45, of Port Huron, died Thursday, June 1, 2023.

He was born May 19, 1978 in Rochester to James and the late Linda Smith. He married Andrea Kopitz on July 21, 2001.

Josh loved collecting sports cards, playing pool, was a history and genealogy buff, enjoyed making things out of leather, was a great singer and an avid Detroit Red Wings and Tigers fan.

He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Andrea; children, Ethan, Zachary and Elise Smith; granddaughter, Railynna; father, James (Tammy) Smith; siblings, Michael Smith, Thomas Smith, Kristen Domanowski, Tiffany Mensen and Veronica Smith; many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles; father in-law and mother-in-law, Ed and Diane Kopitz; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Melissa (Chuck) Lipsmeier, Wendy (Bill) Walker and Edward Kopitz.

Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with a funeral service beginning at 7:30 p.m. The Reverend Michael Alexander will officiate.
