Barbara J Sparr

Barbara Jean Sparr, 79, of North Street, died Tuesday, June 20, 2023.

She was born July 25, 1943 in Clyde Township to the late Frank and Sarah Goodwin. She married Kenneth Sparr on May 2, 1964 in Port Huron and they were married for 52 years until he preceded her in death on December 3, 2016.

Barbara was a Press Operator for many years with Marysville Plastics Corp. before her retirement. She enjoyed enjoyed playing cards, crocheting, reading and going to the casino.

She is survived by her two sons, Kenneth (Kimberly) Sparr Jr., and Dale E. (Pinki) Sparr; four grandchildren, Carter Sparr, John, Jessika and Adrian Rodriguez; sister, Florence Warsinske; sister-in-law, Barbara (Gary) Adler; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Bert, Walter, Lee, Eugene, Calvin, Curtis, Clarence and Kenneth Goodwin; and sisters, Gladys May, Virginia Atkins, and Myrtle Diem.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. on Friday, June 23, 2023 in the Pollock-Randall Funeral Home followed by Funeral Services at 7:00 p.m. Celebrant Laurie Wilson will officiate.

Burial will be in Kinney Cemetery, Clyde Township.
