Debra L Ruiz

Debra Lynn Ruiz, 68, of Port Huron, died Monday, June 26, 2023.

She was born July 27, 1954 in Port Huron to the late Curtis and Doris Kidd. She married Pedro A. Ruiz on June 28, 1976 in St. Paul Lutheran Church, Port Huron.

Debra was a 1972 graduate of Port Huron High School where she was a member of the Big Red Marching Machine. She was employed as a custom broker at the Blue Water Bridge for 30 years. Debra was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Pedro; two sons, Dylan (Amy) Ruiz and Nathan Ruiz; grandchildren, Aubrey Anna, Derek, Dominic and Romen Ruiz; sisters, Sandra (Daniel) Carr and Marilyn (Bryan) Johnson; and brother-in-law, Steven Dresser. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Carol Laubach and Susan Dresser.

Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, June 29, 2023 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 30, 2023 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 9:00 a.m. Dr. John Grenfell III will officiate.

Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery, Port Huron.
