KC Cureton

KC Cureton, 19, of Port Huron, passed away on Wednesday, July 12, 2023.

He was born May 12, 2004 in Port Huron.

KC attended Port Huron High School where he was active in sports. He loved basketball, making hamburgers, playing Monopoly and volunteering in the community in his free time. KC was passionate about his hair and would light up a room wherever he went with his contagious smile and laugh.

He is survived by his mother, Stephanie Brown; siblings, Jazmine Green (McCoy Johnson), KorDay Cureton, McNeal Cureton, Jaden Cureton, and other siblings, Kwanae Cureton, Adriyana Cureton, Tyler McGough, MarQuan Cureton, Kawayne Cureton Jr. and Monae Cureton; his forever, Sataisia Rowe; many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends; and grandparents, Gerald Jones and Leonanda Cureton. He was preceded in death by his father, Kawayne M. Cureton; uncle, Gerald M. Cureton; grandmother, Judy Brown; and great grandmothers, Janeaster Miller and Catherine Cureton.

Funeral services will be held at 12 noon Thursday, July 20, 2023 in Kingdom Authority Ministries, 1302 Lapeer Ave., with visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m.

Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery, Port Huron.
