Koni L Kelly

Koni Lynn Kelly, 64, of Clyde Township, died Thursday, July 13, 2023.

She was born March 31, 1959 in Gaylord to Genevieve and the late Larry Kilbourn. She married Timothy S. Kelly on June 30, 1982 on Mackinac Island. He preceded her in death on July 27, 2012.

Koni worked at the St. Clair County Library for 23 years. She enjoyed scrapbooking, crafts, painting, bowling with family and shopping.

She is survived by two children, Nathan (Rayna) Kelly and Chelsea (Austin) Bedford; mother, Genevieve “Jennie” Kilbourn; six siblings, Richard (Nancy) Kilbourn, Kristy (Jack) Helwig, Kandy (Pat) Kelly, Kevin (Patti) Kilbourn, Koralee (Keith) Rivers and Kyle (Julie) Kilbourn; sisters-in-law, Janice (Rick) Wolff and Leann (Mike) Mitchell; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Joyce and Thomas Kelly; and sister-in-law, Elaine Messick.

Friends and family will gather to remember Koni’s life from 1-6 p.m. Saturday, August 26, 2023 at 3040 Strawberry Lane, Port Huron Township, MI 48060. Signs will direct traffic for parking.
