Raylee Kohl, 71, of Port Huron, beloved Wife, Sister, Sister-in-law, Aunt and dear friend, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, after a short Illness on July 28, 2023.
Raylee was born September 7, 1951 in Rochester Michigan, to the late Raymond and Almeda Werth. She married Wilhelm (Bill) Kohl on October 26, 1974.
Raylee graduated from Port Huron High School and worked as Security for St. Clair County Community College for many years. She truly loved her job and all the people she worked with.
Raylee’s family was her world, and she loved them unconditionally. She adored her dogs and her life with Bill, as they were a great team of love and support for one another.
She will be so greatly missed by those that knew and loved her. She had the biggest heart, and her love will remain with us forever.
She is survived by her husband Bill, her beloved dog Jake, brothers and sisters, Shayne (Benita) Werth, Susan (Kevin) Eagen, Ernest (Michael) Werth-Toward, Raymond (Deborah) Werth, and Renee (Dan) Barr; and many special nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Almeda Werth, and her sister Tanis Lynch.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at Woodland Cemetery, Port Huron Township.
