Ronald Lee Minnie, 81, of Port Huron, died Saturday, August 19, 2023.
He was born February 6, 1942 in Port Huron to the late William and Eleanor Minnie.
Ronald served in the National Guard for six years. He was employed at Mueller Brass for several years. He enjoyed fishing, deer hunting and going to church. He was a very talented person who loved to draw and played the harmonica, guitar and piano.
He is survived by four children, Tena (Jose Martinez) Shreeve, Randy (Marge) Minnie, Troy (Doni) Minnie and Bobby Minnie; loving sister, Janice (Michael) Krafft; 17 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon; son, Jeffery Minnie; and brother, Raymond Minnie.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Friday, August 25, 2023 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 3:00 p.m. The Reverend Brian Ake will officiate. Military honors will be conducted under the auspices of the U.S. Army and the St. Clair County Allied Veterans Honor Guard.
