Yula M Baker

Yula Mae Baker, 101, of Fort Gratiot Township, died Monday, August 21, 2023.

She was born December 8, 1921.

Yula was an amazing woman who was sweet mannered and caring with those she loved. She had a strong Christian faith and attended Community Baptist Church. Yula enjoyed bowling into her 90’s, and was playing Bingo and Euchre until her remaining days.

She is survived by her sons, Donald (Carol) Baker and Dale (Brenda) Baker; granddaughter, Jody (Doug) Lincoln; grandsons, Scott (Kate) Wilton and Paul (Karen) Wilton; many other grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and her loving cat, Max. She was preceded in death by her daughter and son-in-law, Ann Marie (William E.) Sargent; and granddaughter, Barbie Larson.

Cremation has taken place.

Burial will be in the Burtchville Township Cemetery.
