Edward "Donald" Jackson

Edward “Donald” Jackson, 95, of Fort Gratiot, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 24, 2023.

He was born July 31, 1928 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Edward and Esther Jackson.

Donald was employed with New Haven Foundry for 40 years prior to his retirement. He attended Zion Cathedral of Praise Church.

He leaves to mourn his passing his step-son, Shawn Moore; six nieces and nephews, Lynn Hayes, Joyce Hayes, Staci Hayes, Darcy Hayes, Louis Jackson and James Hayes; and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by two wives, Evelyn Jackson and Eunice Jackson; lifelong partner, Jackie Boughner; and ten siblings, including Ella Jackson, Florence Hayes, Dan Arthur Jackson, Lucille McCoy and Mason Jackson.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 in ­­­­­­­Pollock-Randall Funeral Home. Pastor Kim Brown will officiate.

Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery, Port Huron.
