LaVern M "Jack" Dahl

LaVern Morris “Jack” Dahl, 81, of Port Huron, died Thursday, November 2, 2023.

He was born December 26, 1941 in Harbor Beach.

Jack served in the U.S. Army. After the service he was employed as a truck driver for many years and also worked as an iron worker. During his lifetime he owned and operated numerous businesses including Jack and Son Sewer Cleaning, Fun-O-Rama Amusements and was a “jack of all trades”. Jack enjoyed riding his motorcycle and many years ago started the Dash Teen Club in downtown Port Huron.

He is survived by his wife, Jeanea; daughter, Gina Boughner; sons, James (Peggy) Boughner and Jack Dahl; seven grandchildren, Desiray Boughner, Haylee (Robere) Howard, James Boughner, Michael Boughner; Trevor (Angel) Boughner, Kyler Boughner and Samantha Dahl; 10 great grandchildren; brothers, Kenneth (Sandy) Dahl and Brad (Pam) Neal; sister, Sandy Dahl; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Mary Dahl; and granddaughter, Ashlyn Dahl.

Private family services will be held with military honors.
