Michael "Mike" Toles

Michael “Mike” Toles, 78, of Marysville, entered eternal life on Saturday, November 18, 2023.

He was born November 28, 1944 in Stratton, Nebraska and moved to Port Huron when he was one year old. Mike graduated from Port Huron High School in 1962 and married Judy Poirier on December 26, 1962 in St. Edward on the Lake Catholic Church.

Mike served his country honorably in the U.S. Navy. He was an Allstate agent for 33 years in Port Huron and a realtor for O’Connor Realty in Marysville. Mike was a member of the Marysville Fire Department for 20 years and a member of the Marysville Employees Retirement Board for 24 years.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Judy; son, Jim Toles of Yale; daughter, Jennifer (Mike) Basey of Marysville; five grandchildren, Erin (Brad) Visel, Jaedon Johnson, Katie Basey, Jayce Toles and Ryan Basey; sisters, Pamela Luebke and Jennifer (Ed) Kotarski; and sister-in-law, Barbara Toles. He was preceded in death by his infant son, Mark; brother, Jack; and parents, Con and Gladys Toles.

Visitation will be from 2-5 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. on Sunday, November 26, 2023 in the Marysville Funeral Home, 1200 Michigan Avenue.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 27, 2023 in the Marysville Funeral Home. Deacon Dennis Crimmins will officiate. Military honors will be conducted under the auspices of the U.S. Navy and St. Clair County Allied Veterans Honor Guard.

Inurnment will be in Riverlawn Columbarium, Marysville.
