Marvin Charles “Marv”, 80, of Port Huron, died on Wednesday, January 10, 2024.
He was born June 6, 1943 in Port Huron to the late Sherman and Alpha Westfall. He married Karen Carr on January 29, 1982 in Port Huron.
Marvin was a supervisor with Port Huron Paper for many years prior to his retirement. He enjoyed hunting, riding his motorcycle and was a member of the Christian Motorcycle Association.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Karen; children, John Westfall and Tammy (Keith) Jackson; grandchildren, Alexandria Westfall, Sidney Westfall, Erik Westfall, Karlee Gibson and Douglas Sklba; two sisters, Nadine (Bill) Orr and Joyce (Tom) Hildebrandt; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Marvin James Westfall.
Private family services will be held at Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with Reverend Phil Whetstone officiating. Burial will follow at Kinney Cemetery, Clyde Township.
Friends are invited to join the family for a luncheon on June 8, 2024 (the weekend of Marv’s birthday) at Joyce’s home. Details will be announced in the spring.
