Wanda M Lee

Wanda Mae Lee, 93, formerly of Marysville, passed away peacefully Tuesday, January 23, 2024.

Wanda was born February 3, 1930 in Snover to the late Roy and Lydia Loutzenhiser. She married Robert “Bob” Lee on March 5, 1949 in Port Huron. He preceded her in death on December 4, 2017 after 68 years of marriage.

Wanda was employed with Prestolite Wire for 42 years prior to her retirement in 1989. She was a longtime member of Moose Lodge #158 and former member of the Marysville American Legion J. Edward Mallorey Post #449 Auxiliary and the Port Huron Elks Lodge #343. She enjoyed golfing, playing cards, working in her yard and gardening. Most of all, Wanda enjoyed time spent with her family.

She is survived by three children, Robert R. Lee (Sharon Parker), Brenda Lee-Gresell and Deborah (William) O’Neill; five grandchildren, Michelle, Eric and Jeffrey Lee, Kristin and Patrick O’Neill; three great grandchildren, Alexis, Abrie and Lena; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Robert Gresell; and siblings.

Private family graveside services will be held in August 2024 with inurnment at the Riverlawn Cemetery Columbarium, Marysville.
