Donna Jean Emlaw, 88, of Port Huron, died Saturday, March 3, 2012.
She was born December 16, 1923 in Port Huron to the late Louis and Muriel Munro. She married Floyd Emlaw on November 27, 1946 in Port Huron. He died December 15, 1988.
Mrs. Emlaw was a secretary for the Port Huron Area School District for 24 years. She enjoyed reading, knitting, crocheting and was a volunteer at the American Red Cross for 14 years.
She is survived by a daughter, Sandra (Joel) Emlaw-Thompson; a grandson, Michael Popa; great grandson, Jeremiah Popa; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a great grandson, Joshua Popa and five brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 10, 2012 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m. The Reverend Max Amstutz will officiate.
Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the March of Dimes.
